HazelCOOPER(nee Jones) Passed away peacefully on 29th July 2011. We will miss you always, but you will always be with us, a much loved mom and nan. You have just slipped into the next room. The funeral service will take place at Stafford Crematorium on Friday 12th August at 3.30pm. From your loving daughter Glenis, son-inlaw Trevor and grandson Owen and your loving husband Norris.
